1. What can you tell me about yourself？
hello, my name is zhaowenli, and I come from shanxi Province. I am a junior in my graduate school UESTC, and I major in software engining, and minor in finance, which is also a special point for the plan of our cultivation. According to the current ranking of mine, I can achieve the qualification of our school to be promoted as a postgraduate without examinations. During my learning career in collage, I have learned the basic skill and knowledge of software making . I also have a period of internship of working in the company as the Java back-end developer for three or four month. Further more, I kind of like the big fan of program design and I achieve a few prizes in this field as you can see. So the cultivation plan of our school and the practical experience made me become more practical in problem fixing and more efficient in coding or program building and etc. Also, I served as the technical director in our student organization and one of the commitee members in our class, so I believe my ability of cooperating with others and handling with human relationship is quite well. Last but not least, I think the development for a person should be comprehensive. So not only in study and research, I also like to pursue something others especially in sports and music. I think only in that way can make my life more colorful and dynamic. That’s all, thanks for your listening.
2. What would you like to be doing five years after graduation？
From my perspective, I think the future plan we made always based on the experience and horizon we have currently. During my learning career in collage, I have learned the basic skill and knowledge of software making, especially on back-end development. So dealing with data gradually becomes a part of daily work, like how to collect them, how to form it and write them to database and manage them and etc.

3. What is your greatest strength？
I feel that my strongest strength is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job especially when it is tough to handle. The process is kind of like: If this direction doesn’t work, think differently, or solve the problem step by step.
4. What is your greatest weakness？
I‘m such a perfectionist that I will not stop until a job is well done. no matter how long it would spend or how much the energy would take. I sometimes need to fulfill this kind of thought from my inner voice and it force me to do things better until perfect. But in others’ opinion it could just a waste of time.
